This hot summer weather calls for one thing: enjoying peach ice cream for a good cause. On Sunday, July 26th after worship, the Kirk’s annual Peach on the Porch will feature fresh homemade peach ice cream. All contributions will go to support the Guatemala Mission Partnership.
Peach on the Porch will be especially sweet this year because we will celebrate 20 years of the Guatemala partnership. We will be joined by Patty Ajanel, our longtime mission co-worker in Guatemala. Please be sure to come to her Sunday School presentation in the Fellowship Hall before worship!
Over the years, the funds raised at Peach on the Porch have made the Kirk’s trips to Pala possible. If you would like to see how this partnership continues to grow and evolve over the next 20 years, come and see Patty A’s presentation. Then enjoy some peach ice cream!
