Larry has served as the Kirk’s Director of Music & Arts since January 2010. Prior to coming to the Kirk, Larry served Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church in Augusta Georgia. He’s also served congregations in Columbia, SC, and Petersburg, VA. Larry holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Music from Southern Seminary, and a Bachelor of Music from Wingate University. He has had post-graduate studies in Organ Performance and Choral Directing at the University of South Carolina and Peabody Conservatory. 

For Larry, worship is what holds the community of believers together – providing an opportunity for people from many backgrounds and experiences to come together, joining their voices as one in praise and worship of the Creator.
