Matthew 25 Forum : Clothing
Matthew 25 Forum: “I was Naked and You Clothed Me”
Sunday, May 17th
Fellowship Hall, 9:15-10:15am
Our Matthew 25 Forum continues in May as we explore Jesus’s imperatives in the Gospel. This next forum will address clothing insecurity. It is estimated that nearly 60,000 children in Wake County lack clothing that’s properly fitted, seasonally appropriate, and in good condition. It causes children to miss school and fall behind, face bullying and low self-worth, and suffer pain or discomfort from ill-fitting clothes and shoes.
The Kirk of Kildaire partners with Note in the Pocket when families come to the Kirk in need of clothing. For this Matthew 25 Forum, we will be joined by Note in the Pocket’s Victoria Regulski.
Victoria Regulski serves as a Program Coordinator for Note in the Pocket. A North Carolina native, Victoria studied at NC State University and received a Master’s of Divinity from Duke Divinity. Over the past five years, Victoria has specialized in Christian Education, serving youth in multiple churches. At Note in the Pocket, Victoria works with volunteers to ensure that youth receive the clothing they need with dignity and love.
