The Reverend Cathryn (Cathy) Church NormanReverend Cathryn (Cathy) Church Norman serves as Associate Pastor for Congregational Life and New Member Ministries. She most recently served as Minister-at-large in New Hope Presbytery offering pastoral care and worship leadership. She has also served as Associate Pastor at Trinity Avenue Presbyterian Church in Durham, NC as intern for Congregational Life at First Presbyterian Houston and as a Chaplain at JFK Medical Center in the Clinical Pastoral Education Program in Edison, NJ. Cathy is a native of North Carolina and attended Athens Drive High School in Raleigh, NC. She graduated from North Carolina State University, Magna Cum Laude, in English-Writing and Editing with a minor in Religion and earned a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. Cathy enjoys interacting with people of all ages. She believes life is richest in the congregation, where we are able to make some of our deepest connections with others. Cathy works to enable these connections by helping members get plugged in to small groups, committees and ministries that meet their needs and utilize their spiritual gifts.
