Personnel and Office

This committee is responsible for the administration of the employment practices of the church, including employment opportunities, job descriptions, fair employment practices, benefits administration, staff evaluations, personnel policies, and the annual review for adequate compensation for all staff.  The committee fosters understanding, caring and encouragement of all staff.
