Buildings and GroundsThe Buildings and Grounds Committee's In this effort the committee balances the wants and needs of the congregation and the wants and needs of outside groups who use our facilities. Activities include lawn mowing, yard work, painting, electrical work, plumbing, heating/air conditioning maintenance, building repairs, van upkeep and changing light bulbs (lots of light bulbs). We hold spring and fall workdays that allow our members time for fellowship together as well as save the church money. Many times, members serve the committee by providing expertise in particular field or a unique piece of equipment. Most needs are short-term project oriented, not requiring full time commitment.
